I’m sure having the extra hands is a huge help but you are so hands on for each layer, do you find it difficult to have others doing the work? Jonathon and Ashley, you and the kids have this down pat, and I know you’re working in teams with experienced folks guiding but wonder how hard it is to watch others? Just curious! Definitely - the good thing about this weekend is that we had Hayden and Millie to keep an eye on things, and everyone that attended had already attended other workshops. Everyone did really great!
